Buying tickets

  • Tickets are sold for a specific date. Prices are in euros and include any applicable taxes.
  • Tickets are sold in releases: when one release sells out, the next one may have a higher price.
  • A service fee for secure payment and digital ticket delivery is shown before you pay.
  • Payment is by card through Stripe. The purchase is confirmed when the payment is accepted.
  • Your tickets are sent by email with a QR code. If you do not receive them, check your spam folder and contact us.

Your tickets

  • Each QR code is valid for one entry and is checked at the door. Once scanned, it cannot be used again.
  • Keep your tickets private: if a copy is used first, the entry is considered used.
  • Resale of tickets is not allowed outside our official sales channels. Resold tickets may be cancelled without a refund.
  • Tickets bought from a partner website are also subject to that partner's conditions.

No right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, article 16(l)), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to tickets for leisure events on a specific date. Tickets cannot be returned just because you change your mind.

Cancellation or changes to the event

  • If an event is cancelled, you will be refunded the full amount paid, service fee included, to the card used for the purchase.
  • If an event is moved to another date, your ticket will be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the announcement.
  • Line-ups, artists and timings may change without this giving the right to a refund.
  • Apart from the cases above, tickets are not refundable.

Entry conditions

  • Minimum age 17. A valid photo ID is required and may be checked at the door; without it, entry may be refused without a refund.
  • The organiser and the venue reserve the right of admission and may refuse entry or remove anyone who behaves violently or dangerously, is visibly intoxicated or breaks these rules, without a refund.
  • Security checks may be carried out at the entrance.
  • Payment inside the venue is by card only; cash is not accepted. Drinks are served in a reusable cup that is bought at the venue.
  • The venue's own rules also apply, including those on re-entry and on items that may not be brought in.
  • Entry after 00:30: Gianpula Village may charge a €10 surcharge at the door, even with a ticket bought in advance. This is the venue's rule: whether it is applied is the venue's decision and outside our control.

Events are photographed and filmed for promotion on our website and social media. By attending, you accept that you may appear in these images. If you do not want a specific image in which you are clearly identifiable to be published, write to info@moveitmalta.com and we will remove it.

Liability

We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings or for damage caused by other attendees, except where the law provides otherwise. Our liability is limited to the price of the ticket, except in cases where it cannot be limited by law.
